We accept PDF (preferred — 300 DPI, CMYK, 3mm bleed, fonts embedded), AI, EPS, PSD, INDD, JPG, PNG and TIFF. Ensure your file is in CMYK colour mode for accurate colour reproduction. If you're unsure, our design team can review your file free of charge.
Standard orders are ready in 2–3 business days. Rush orders (24–48 hour turnaround) are available for an additional fee. Same-day printing is available for select products when artwork is submitted before 10AM. Call us on 055 670 4282 for urgent requirements.
Our standard range includes 90gsm, 115gsm, 130gsm, 150gsm and 170gsm for brochures and flyers. For business cards and menus we carry stocks up to 400gsm. We also offer specialty boards for premium finishes.
Yes — our in-house design team creates and optimises artwork for all digital print products. We also provide free pre-press artwork checks to catch any issues before printing. Design fees apply for new artwork creation; amendments to supplied files are often included.
Yes — orders above AED 500 qualify for free delivery within Dubai, delivered within 1–2 days after production. For orders below AED 500, a small delivery fee applies. We also deliver to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and other emirates via courier.
Yes. We offer a digital soft proof (PDF) for free with every order so you can approve the layout, colours and content before we print. Physical press proofs are available at an additional cost for large, colour-critical runs.
